Idaho Towncar (“ITC”) Rules of Engagement:

By reserving in advance you guarantee availability of a vehicle for your event. You can cancel without any charges 7 days prior to the time of your reservation.  If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation, but more than 4 hours before the beginning of your reservation, we reserve the right to charge you 50% percent of the total due for your reservation.  As a courtesy, upon your request, this 50% percent charge will be converted to a gift certificate good for one year from the date of the reservation.  For cancellations within 4 hours of the time of your reservation we reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the reservation.  As a courtesy, upon request, this charge will be converted to a gift certificate good for one year from the date of the reservation.

As of April 1, 2020, through October 31, 2020, all reservations occurring on either a Friday or a Saturday, must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the reservation date. These months are our peak times for weddings, quinceaneras, wine tours, bachelor/bachelorette parties and more, and Fridays and Saturdays are when our luxury vehicles are sought after the most. Therefore, during this time we unfortunately, will also not be able to extend a reimbursement for any ride(s) that are canceled within this 6 week period. We greatly appreciate your understanding of this matter. If you have any questions concerning this policy, please feel free to reach out to us.

Payment Terms:
Reservations placed more than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the service are secured by an authorization of your electronic payment method at the time of reservation, in the amount of $1.00. ITC will process the charges for the services reserved 24 to 48 hours before the reserved services. Any fees for additional time, services, incidentals, cleaning fees or damages incurred shall be charged to the credit card on file for the reservation after the service is complete. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Drivers cannot accept cash for services or the physical presentation of payment cards.
You authorize charges to the credit card on file or submitted for:  any damages to the interior of the vehicle by the client or passengers accompanying the client; additional charges for wait time or additional service time beyond what was reserved; unusual cleanup; any lost or broken vehicle components or contents; and vehicle out-of-service time due to any of the above.
If you change or cancel your credit card between the date of the reservation authorization and the date of the service, you must transmit the updated payment information to ITC 24 hours prior to reservation time.  If the service is provided prior to receiving the updated payment information, payment is considered due and payable at the time service is concluded and considered past due 24 hours after the services are completed.  Any past due payments shall be subject to immediate collections actions, including civil action, where by receiving services, client accepts jurisdiction of Idaho Fourth Judicial District Court to resolve any payment disputes.  

Pricing and rates are set forth on Once you have made a reservation and we have confirmed that via email, you will be guaranteed that rate, with the exception of time, location, and vehicle changes made at your discretion.
Stated rates for a given itinerary may be less than published rates because of a variety of considerations including proximity or timing efficiencies.  Stated rates are for a given itinerary and are confirmed in by an email transmission.  Any service not confirmed with an emailed stated rate be charged at the published rate for the service. 
The stated rate for any reservation for a specific itinerary booked and confirmed, shall be applicable only to that specific itinerary.  If the itinerary changes in advance of the ride, an updated stated rate will be confirmed.  If the itinerary changes during the reservation, additional stops, extended travel distances, and additional time will be billed at the published rate for the service.  Any additional services such as goods requested by you will be billed at actual cost. 
Posted rates are starting rates based on pickup and drop off locations in Ada County, Idaho unless otherwise indicated.  A minimum of one-half hour of published rate time is charged for pickup and drop off outside of Ada County.  Other pickup and drop off locations outside of Boise, ID will be quoted accordingly.  Please contact us for quotes specific to your needs.

A twenty percent (20%) gratuity is added to our rates and included in your quote. The total of your reservation and gratuity will be charged to your card on file simultaneously for your convenience.

Substitute Vehicle:
We reserve the right to substitute an equal or more valuable vehicle than the vehicle you’ve reserved.   We will contact you to approve the substitute vehicle and if we do not obtain your agreement for the substitute vehicle, you may cancel the engagement with no charge to you.

Waiting Time Charges:
 The quoted rate is for a ride is based on departure from the origin location within 15 minutes of arrival at the origin location.  Waiting time charges shall begin 15 minutes after the scheduled departure and shall be charged at the published hourly rate for the vehicle, in addition to the quoted rate for the ride.   Any quoted rides that include stops en-route to a destination will be served based on the duration of the stops included in the quotation.  Stops extending 15 minutes beyond the quoted stop time shall then be charged at the hourly rate of each vehicle.  Wait time charges shall apply to airport arrivals 30 minutes after shows that the inbound flight has arrived at the destination airport.

Client Responsibility:
You are responsible for the conduct of each guest, their actions and behavior as well as financially responsible for all damage to and/or property removed from the vehicle. You are responsible for any and all costs of repair, related expenses. You and your and guests shall not use the vehicle in a disorderly manner, for unlawful purposes or in any manner that would constitute a breach of peace in accordance with local, state and federal law. ITC WILL NOT tolerate the consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal drinking age or the use of any illegal drug while in the vehicle or around the vehicle. ITC WILL NOT tolerate smoking or the use of any tobacco products in any vehicle.  ITC WILL NOT tolerate the presence and/or consumption of any Schedule 1 and/or 2 substance set forth in 21 U.S. Code § 812.  Any substance that is either illegal to possess or consume in Idaho is prohibited from entering the vehicle at any time. Driver has the right to, but no specific duty to, require any passenger in the vehicle to either leave the vehicle and/or dispose of any prohibited substance before re-entering the vehicle. ITC has the right to terminate any reservation for non-compliance of any one of these terms.  Any funds received by ITC prior to such termination shall be non-refundable.

Attorney Fees, Service & Court Costs:
In the event that any action is required by ITC to enforce this agreement and/or collect funds for services rendered, ITC shall be entitled to recover all reasonable costs, damages and expenses including all costs of personally serving you, and reasonable attorney fees. 

Limited License:
ITC agrees to provide the vehicle in a clean condition and provide an inventory of all furnishings. ITC provides the client a limited license for the use of the vehicle during the reserved and agreed upon times.

Release and Waiver:
You and your guests release ITC from any and all liability and agree to hold ITC, its employees and agents, harmless from all loss, liability and expenses whatsoever as a result of any bodily injury, death or property damage caused by or arising from the use and operation of the vehicle.  ITC is not responsible for arriving late or missing an event due to heavy traffic, accidents, bad weather, mechanical failure, and forces of nature or acts of god. Drivers are not responsible for knowing the exact directions to every destination point and may be required to call and ask for directions. It is normal to allow additional time that might be needed to locate some addresses.

Booking and Confirmation Constitute a Binding Agreement:
By booking my reservation through the Internet or receiving an electronic confirmation, I hereby grants ITC permission to charge for the reserved services. I further understands that by booking online or by booking verbally and accepting a confirmation on-line that such receipt of the confirmation of the booking counts as my digital signature as established by the Federal Digital Security Act. 

ITC supplies sodas and water in all other than some vintage vehicles, and on some runs light snacks are provided. You are able to bring your own food. You may bring your own liquor in any of the vehicles equipped with dividers between the passenger and driver compartments. (Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Lincoln MKT, 1935 Plymouth, and both Mercedes Sprinters.)

Passenger-Caused Damage:
Damage to the inside of the vehicle caused by you or one of your guests will be charged to you based on the cost of repairing the damage. If you drink before boarding our vehicle or during the ride please drink responsibly. If you or one of your guests can’t hold their liquor and lose it in our vehicle, a $250 cleaning and biological sanitizing fee will be charged.

Adult Supervision:
 We would appreciate adult supervision when children and adolescents under 16 are using our service.

We strive for a fabulous experience. There are many reasons that things can go wrong. Our vintage cars are vintage and that means old and that means they can break down and we will send a backup. If you feel that we failed you, please call us immediately at 208-871-6900. If we did not meet our promise of showing up with a clean and beautiful car — and a driver — please let us know and we will address this.  We will issue a full refund if we fail to show up for an event (this has never happened but there could be a first…) If you run over we will let you know what the additional costs are – before we charge them
